Well here what as far as i see in 3D

Xehanort was there since the beginning of KH 1 when sora flew by the blow made out from the door in their hide out since a kid..

And i have a therory (But im not really certain of it) that Xehanort also the one who's behind what happened with riku in kh1 knowing that someday riku will be a keyblade wielder but.. (Showed on 3D)

Why he never thought of sora ? being a pesky little kid for his future goals?

Does he didn't noticed sora in the first place?..

Plus hasn't he noticed that ven's heart is sleeping in sora?..

And if so why is that?

From what we've seen, there are people like other wielders can sense potential wielders who have been given a rite of succession, but SoD specifically tossed Kairi out into the sea of worlds to see if she could find a Keyblade wielder. So of course he was searching for wielders, and had a specific purpose for finding said wielder.

Because Sora just didn't even pique his interest. He was some average kid who "knew nothing", whereas Riku was the original chosen and his heart was weakened by darkness. He was a prime target, whereas Sora wasn't special beyond the fact he was lucky enough to take the Keyblade from Riku.

Sora wasn't important until he needed to be important to Xehanort.

Plus hasn't he noticed that ven's heart is sleeping in sora?..

No, because of the fact Ven's heart was sleeping.

It wasn't like Kairi whose heart was still awake while inside of Sora. Ven was still sleep and healing, and thus hidden deep inside of Sora's heart.
