Leon specifically said afterwards that it couldn't.

There's a lot of possibilities but my guess is that some kind of new disaster occured and the barriers were broken again.

Which actually makes no sense because that would mean that Kingdom Hearts was reopened- which would require a key that unlocks the door after Sora AND King Mickey locked it...

The barrior was never restored. The worlds were restored, but the barriors remained incomplete because a far bigger plot was transpiring. You see, KH1 was nothing more than the first installment in this trilogy. Notice how KH1/CoM/KH2 storylines are so perfectly connected. It's basically one big story split into three games. Kind of like the LotR.

guys, the heartless broke the so called barricades that seperates the worlds from each other and he said if the heartless dissapear all will be restored but the heartless didint dissapear.
