For like a future kingdom hearts game, you can create your own character but it will have the same name for the cpu's to say the name, but you can like make the characters face, clothes, height and weight?

I disagree with the idea completely. making a custom character would drastically alter the game. custom characters are for games like Star Wars. For KH I don't see it working. maybe clothes custom or keyblades but characters entirely no. I fail to see it working or ever happening in the future...

ya I think it would work for an online kh game, if ever there will be one, but for any of the other games it just wouldn't work, especially becuase the look of the character can have to do with the story, especially with kh and all of its nobodies

That would be neat. If SE does something like this it’s going to be a spin-off game like AceSora said. I don't see why they would put that in the story that up until now was played through with Sora.

it would be like the inferno RPG, only it will be like an actual game, with fighting and button-mashing and lots of pwnage. they did something like that with the .hack series- it was an mmorpg called .hack Fragment. you could make a character and pwn monsters on different servers, but it also had an offline mode to lv. up and hang out with the .hack gang. of course, it wouldn't be hard to make an mmorpg out of the KH universe, but its a matter of which consle SE would use. I will admit it would be cool!

Actually, the Tales of Series did a spin off like this too. The latest one was Tales of teh World: Radient Mythology. Like .hack,you have a custom char, but you can make a party with characters from other tales games like lloyd and raine and luke and tear. I think if kh did this it would have to be a spin off game. you could be like, the second protector of the light realm, or possibly a previous or future one.it could work, but i'm not sure if it'd have much to do with the other games....but then again, remember the legend about how teh keyblade was used before? maybe in thsi game you can do good or bad things (like fable or that star wars game) thus leading to at least 2 endings - one where you're good and one where you're bad

good idea. it would be cool to have the "Good action-Bad Action" concept.

No, that would deviate too much from the story. What about relationships, they'd have to create two different storylines. [unless your character was gay] It worked alright in KOTOR, but that was more of an RPG. Like has been said, a MMO would be alright. Again though, a problem with that would be everyone getting a Keyblade. That would cheapen the whole concept of the series. [although I thought the same thing after Kairi [[retch]] got one]

If it were a side game like in the future (kinda like Jedi Academy) then it would be cool to have the character creation and the being able to choose good and bad thing.

Yeah I know they did that with .hack. I played it. It didn't have a lot of character creation things. there were like three character models to pick from. It would be awesome for the PS3 or the wii. Using the WIImote as a keyblade.
