So the question is:
Would you change anything in history if you could? Why or why not?

Would you change things such as Hitler being born? 9/11? Hurricane Katrina?

Discuss.

of course people would love to change things that happened in the past. The only problem is if they change one thing will something more horrible or better happen. Change is great but when it comes to the past its impossible and its all a last cause.

Ahh interesting you bring that up.

Earthquakes for example happen because of the earth's plates rub agianst each other causing force and pressure, so if small earthquakes didn't happen it would just keep building up pressure thus making the next earthquake much worse.

Very good Blink. ^_^

Very good v_a. ^_^

for me?

Very good violent anger.

But as said everything we do cause something else to happen. its the basic idea of with action there will be a reaction. To attempt to change something bad could cause something worse to happen.

Are we allowed a save point? Because I'd like to stop the meteor that killed the dinos to see what happens.

Out of idle curiosity, I would prevent the dominance of any member of the homo genus (or possibly even the hominidae family). Granted, said curiosity would then be vanished from the possibility of my history, creating another conundrum in itself.

That aside, if you would like a fascinating glimpse at an "alternative history" of a very strange sort, watch the German movie "Goodbye Lenin!"

Changing one thing could throw everything onto a different path. But if I could see the outcome of a change, I would be curious to see what would have happened if Bobby Kennedy had become president. :p Hahaha. Jus' watched that movie about him recently.
