Ansem SoD x Riku. The worst part about this one is that unlike a lot of other crackships, I can actually SEE the stuff that could be interpreted as subtext, mostly in Reverse/Rebirth. Sorry, but I don't like ships that are basically abusive pedophilia. Eugh.
Can only vividly agree with this one.
While I am certainly not a shipper in any way at all, there are ships and headcanons I can tolerate and be okay with and there are some that I most definitely can't tolerate and this is one of those.
In this vein, the very same also applies to Young Xehanort x Sora (yes, that is a thing according to some i-net sources), Vanitas x Ventus or generally Xehanort x anyone as all of those would be creepy and abusive as hell.
Larxene x Naminé, Marluxia x Naminé or (pass the brain-bleach) Ansem the Wise X Ienzo are also among the definite no-no ships/pairings in my book.
Wow. So many pairings I never even thought anyone would come up with. Not sure I wanted to know they exist or even think about them in any way.... 
But leaving out all the weird creepy stuff, something I don't personally like is any Disney x KH or FF x KH characters. Not a fan of Aqua and Zack and all that.

Fully agreed. Be it because those characters mostly already have a fitting match or them just not fitting together anyways, I've never liked a "crossover" pairing so far.

Though really, ships like... that... don't bother me nearly as much as some others. They're jokes. Horrible because they really don't work in any way, but hilarious at the same time. Then you got ships like these...

But yeah, I've seen Xehanort x Eraqus, Ventus, The Seagull Whose Egg Sora Stole, and Kairi's grandma. The last one... actually isn't horrible? But that doesn't really count 'cause dorky young Xeha isn't canon.
I don't know, Xehanort x Seagull whose egg Sora stole sounds like a match made in heaven the more I think about it.
In all seriousness, Kairi's Grandma x Xehanort would be interesting; that actually sounds like something I'd want in the games at one point.
