KH1: Trickmaster. The stupid Trickmaster.
KH2: Roxas battle. That jerk always spamming that stupid move, not to mention I was underleved.
KHReCoM: Riku Replica, and not just any battle, the one in Twilight Town. Always spamming those stupid high cards. Same goes for Ansem. These two makes Marluxia's forms childplay.
KHDDD: Young Xehanort. STOP STOP STOP.
KHBBS: Almost every boss on Terra's story. Why not? Terra is a slow character to play and his magic is dreadfully piss-poor, making all the boss battles difficult.
KH2: Roxas battle. That jerk always spamming that stupid move, not to mention I was underleved.

Mysterious Figure is probably the worst designed boss that comes to mind.
I don't get either why Lingerin Will is a bad boss. He has one unbalanced move when he catches you with the bow and it's pure luck to get out of it, but the rest of his movement is just hard, not insanly unbalanced.

For the bow gives you ample warning for that attack like with loud sound clues and everything. And they even rig it so if you dodge when you hear the sound he will always miss thus you don't need to see him. In return for dodging all the strikes he's then left wide open for a lot of easy damage.

There's not a lot I have on my mind. Some are tough yeah but most of them eventually took time for me to get the pattern down on where to strike. That said...
KH1: Giant Ursala. If there's one boss fight I still hate it's that one. What I hate about this fight is that she never gives you time to breath at all. She keeps attacking you with every move she can think of and that's on normal mode so I dread to think what the higher levels would do. I lost track on how many times I died and tried to get her again and just doing my best to survive! If there's one good thing I can say about the later boss fights at Ursala in the later gams they're thankfully no where hear as punishing as the Giant Ursala level from KH1.

Hirokey123: the hero we don't deserve
Nearly every superboss is horrible, its like square can't handle difficulty past endgame bosses so so boost defense, attack and revenge values to a point that isn't feasible, and add ridiculously cheap moves so battles have a slim chance of escaping. You basically rely on luck and cheap tactics to get by.
