I probably should've guessed.
It would be his son who is in fact Norted so he’s half-Xehanort…while also being genetically half-Xehanort. But he has goodness in him, and that goodness is because in fact he was not born like a normal person but through the power of hearts and magic and half of his heart is…a mystery for another Descendants film!
Disney Afternoon represented as one world that changes to different shows depending on the time of day. It’s like tuning into your favorite shows after school during the 90s

Since we know KH4 started development in January 2020, I'm going to assume that most of the worlds are from Disney movies released before 2020. That means potential options for new worlds include:
- Movies released during KH3's development
- Inside Out
- Zootopia
- Moana
- Coco
- Older movies that haven't been in the series before
- Mary Poppins
- The Jungle Book
- A Bug's Life
- The Emperor's New Groove
- Atlantis: The Lost Empire
- Treasure Planet
- The Incredibles (assuming they couldn't get Marvel on board)
- Meet the Robinsons
- WALL-E
- Up
- The Princess and the Frog
- Brave
- Potential last-minute additions for movies that came out after KH4 started development
- Encanto
Ya forgot Black Cauldron, Robin Hood, Great Mouse Detective, any of the package feature shorts, Fox and the Hound, and Jungle Book. Granted, the last one was going to be in Birth by Sleep but still
You know what I just realized? Rather than being a retread of the movie, a world based on Emperor’s New Groove could probably be an original plot using some elements of its original version, Kingdom of the Sun. And when I say “some”, I only really mean the sun itself playing a major role. Maybe the plot could be about Yzma stealing the sun’s energy to undo her transformation into a cat and then turning her secret lab into her own “Kingdom of the Sun”?
I've said it once and I'll say it again: the Caribbean's open ocean island hopping needs to be reused for a Moana world.

You know what could be a good basis for worlds, as an alternative to the movies? The Disney Park Rides.
Think about it, they're great at capturing a variety of vibes/aesthetics and some of them have a bit of lore, but not so much that there's no room for creative freedom. That's something that could translate very well into video game levels.
It's not going to happen for a variety of reasons, like the fact that are plenty of unused Disney movies with a larger reach, SE seems to like having a movie story to stick to, and many of the most iconic rides have movies based them that could be used in the typical KH formula anyway. But it's a nice thing to imagine.

make 'em into gummi routes. haunted mansion, big thunder, and space mountain are all insanely well suited to the concept
