You wanna know why I think that?
1) Xehanort's heartless controlled Riku, sure, but it doesn't mean Terra and Xehanort are the same person(s).
2) Even if Terra gave Riku a keyblade it doesn't mean that he would take Riku over as someone he's not!

3) Terra can't be Xehanort! Reason: Cuz there's a difference!!! Xehanort is Ansem's apperntance, as were Terra was fighting alongside Aqua and Ven.

Ok....
Think about that one though.....
BBS occurs 10 years before KH 1.
Even if Xehanort doesn't show up in the game he's still there when this stuff happens.
That's actully when Organiztion XIII was just begining.

Xehanort doesn't exist until the very end of BBS.
And Organization XIII wasn't "just beginning" until a year after BBS.
And, since that Wikipedia article gives no reference to where it was confirmed that he was playing Terra, it could be as much as guesswork. Meaning it isn't concrete, nor is it applicable.

It only takes a short amount of time for things to happen as it would seem in KH universe
(EX: IN 10 days or more Roxas whole reality was turned upside down)
The first thing is incorrect!
Xehanort is alive (thustly existant) when all the stuff is going on.....
Keep in mind it's 10 years before KH 1.
Which means Xehanort is Ansem's apprentence when the stuff is going on!
And for the second thing ok......
