I really don't think that's the point that they were trying to make maybe they were using a bad choice in words. Also it's not like nomaru hasn't made mistakes before so he could easily change it in Birth by Sleep.

Um.. all that did was add more clues to when Xehanort came. If he didn't want to imply that Xehanort appeared right after they were gone, he wouldn't have even written it as such. That WAS what he was trying to say.

If he didn't want to point it out, he would have just gone "how many years has it been, when a man without his memories wound up in Radiant Gardens" or what have you. Therefore, it wouldnt even associate it directly with BBS. But that's not what they did because they WANTED to associate it directly to BBS.

I don't think that was an intential way of phrasing the message. The point of xigbar's statement was someothing about Xehanort is odd and he's not tell anyone about it. That was the point that they WANTED to get across.

No, it wasn't. If it was, they would not have connected it to BBS.

They specifically said Xehanort appeared after the keyblade wielders disappeared. That was the point.

They had already done as much in the Ansem Reports. The purpose of that statement was to connect it to BBS, Just like the RoS was to connect to BBS. That's what the majority of the scenes in KH2:FM+ were designed for - to connect to BBS.

I never said otherwise them pointing out a that Xehanort was seen as odd and secretive is connected to Birth by Sleep and will be explained in Birth by Sleep so we are now on the same page correct. So now that we all agree then how do you suppose that master xehanort and terra came to become the xehanort that worked as the apprentice of Ansem.
