Why is Kingdom Hearts II taking so long to release?

Doess it piss u off that we have to wait so long for KH2 to come out........like y did they give use the release date like 9-7 months ago(i think).....r they like trying to tease us about it..........IAM SO IAM SO PISSED......IV BEEN WAITING TIL KH2 COMES OUT SINCE 7 MONTHS AND ITS REALLY PISSING ME OFF NOW......TELL ME IF UR PIISED AND HOW PISSED

well ive been waiting for it ever since ASAS at KHs ending that was like...i dunno 2 years ago? well ok so...

It doesn't piss me off. I'm a little upset about it. Cause there have been several release dates given out. I used to get disney adventure magazene. In one issue they said KH2 was comin out in Febuary 2003 or was it 2004. I don't remember excatly. But when the next issue came out they were just conferming that KH2 was bein made. And then said it would be released in June of the same year. The I don't hear anthin about the game till octerber. A web site said the game was coming out in december 2004 or early January 2005. Now finaly a release date has oficaly been set. So yeah I'm alittle ticked off that so many release dates have been said, but now there's an offical date. And I can't wait to get the game.

I totally agree. Im alittle mad thats its taking awhile, but when you think about it, the reason theyre taking so long is because theyre making the game really awesome. And I dont think that any of us want a cruddy game do we?

Yeah I agree with all of you people. I don't want a crappy game like FFX-2. It was short, the music sucked, and was too too boring. I don't think we'd want KH2 like FFX-2....

They haven't announced a release date. This thread is extra stupid. Oh well, youre mad about a game not beng released, they dont even have to make the friggin game. They can and should release whenever they want to.

The release date was announced. It's Sepetember something. I don't remember the actual date. It's like the 13 or something like that.

I got an e-mail with the date. I'll see if I can find it.

EDIT: Now I remember where I saw the offical release date. It was in the January issue of Disney Adventures Magazine "sp?". "I think it was the January issue".

Give the guys a break..These ppl work their butts of trying to make a game...That is very hard..and guess what?They are making the game from scratch so tney can make it better for their fans...If you were real fans..you would wait and give them the time they need..They work night and day trying to make everything perfect...they rarley to get to see their familes..So..wait like good little fans and dont complain

No, not really. At least, not anymore. I have been waiting since I saw ASAS and DD. So, I am pretty much used to Square Enix delaying the game by now. Don't get me wrong, it would be great for the game to come out soon. But, I would rather have a great game that took a long time, than have a game that took a short time and is aweful.

They said that KHCOM would come out on..sept something and it came out 3 months later. I'll wait til i see it out or see a commercial.

Just relax and wait, the anticipaton and waiting will make the game A LOT better because you know how long youve waited! The guys are doing everything from scratch, like Ultima Keyblade said, just be happy their not using the same thing on this game, and that they are makinmg this game great.. The anticipation and waiting will pay off in the end with a great game

Oh, and im pretty sure they said the release was September 14... 3 days before my B-day, HEHE, Im pleased because of that release date.. if only they delay it by 3 days...
