Why does everyone call the Lingering Sentiment the Lingering Will.

I generally go with either Lingering Sentiment or Lingering Will and will interchange between the two regardless of official translation.

That being said, there is one other name that I like to call it: Damn Annoying (because that what the boss fight looks to be).
