No, that's what he wanted the X-Blade for.
IT appears from the reports that MX actually wanted to balance the universe, and summon Kingdom Hearts to achieve that.

I don't get it wasn't there already balance? So, then why would cause all the trouble he did to achieve 'balance'?
I think balance was nothing more than a sham because the keyblade war doesn't create balance darkness would again swallow the world not make it equal to the light.
No, there isn't balance. The Realms of light and darkness weren't always separate. They once coexisted as a single world.
Not necessarily. If the forces of light win the Keyblade War, everything will be engulfed in light and the darkness will be unequal to it.
I think that MX wanted to see WHO would win the Keyblade War: darkness or light. That way, he could finally know which force was stronger.

it's basically the same thing, but the X-blade is suppose to coexist along with kingdom hearts. i guess it means that MX CAN control KH through the X-blade.
well apparently there are other keyblade master scattered but by MX bringing back kingdom hearts, greed will grow into peoples heart and fight for it all over again
MX wanted to bring back the Keyblade Wars.
To bring back the Keyblade Wars you need to unlock Kingdom Hearts.
To unlock Kingdom Hearts you need to X-Blade
To get the X-Blade you need a Heart of Puire light and a heart of pure darkness or all 7 PoH.

How does he do that?
By unlocking the Keyblade Wars. The Keyblade Wars nearly drowned everyone in darkness. So naturally, if he were to repeat those events, darkness would grow and the light VS dark would be more balanced.
How does he repeat the keyblade wars?
He needs both Kingdom Hearts and the X-Blade. He needs the X-Blade to shoot a beam into Kingdom Hearts that will resurrect the lost keyblade warriors down to the graveyard so the war can start again and history will repeat itself.

You're right up untl that point.
By unlocking Kingdom Hearts, the worlds in the RoL would become one again. The Keyblade wielders would start to become greedy for power and another Keyblade War would start.
No one would be resurrected.

It's in the MX Reports. As well as from KH1. Kairi's Grandma's story was essentially a fairy-tale about the Keyblade Wars. At the end, the once united realm was broken into two. If someone were to open Kingdom Hearts, they could make a new world that was essentially how it original was (one realm, all the worlds as one). Etc.
As of yet though, no one has actually opened KH. (Probably how the series as a whole will end)
