Okay, this may seem like a stupid question, but when Namine was a captive of Org. XIII in CO, couldn't she have just wiped Marluxia's, Larxene's, Vexen's, and (maybe) Axel's memory and gotten the hell outta there? Just a thought...

Namine isn't some god-entity with powers over everyone's Memories. Her powers are, when looking at it from a universal point of view, quite limited.
She has powers over Sora's Memories, and the Memories of those who are related to Sora.
None of the Nobodies in Castle Oblivion ever met Sora, so Namine couldn't affect them.
Think of Memories people share as train tracks, and the people themselves as stations. Anyone Sora met and bonded with is a 'station' Namine can reach by following the tracks - in our chase, the chains of Memories that connect the two.
Even when the Org members met Sora, it was still not enough for Namine to use it against them.

And then, of course, comes the interesting issue of whether or not she even could, seeing how the only Nobody whose Memories she messed with was Roxas - both Sora's Nobody, as well as a Nobody with a Heart...

I think Namine can only modify Sora's memories and those who close to him.
There is no way for Namine to fixed other people's memories.

This mean that next time Xehanort rears his head, (assuming that since his revival he has spent some time musing about how best to exact revenge on Sora and co.), that she may be able to tamper with his memories? Maybe even remove his memories of Sora completely? Will never happen, but it must be said that Sora is a pretty big part of Xehanort's life atm, having put a stop to his plans for the last 2 years. Surely this would grant Namine a greater amount of power, compared to the nobodies of CO, whom may have only met Sora briefly for a quick battle, if at all.

The question is whether or not it works that way. I doubt that Namine can affect the Memories of just anyone Sora ever met or saw. There'd have to be a bond there, it seems.
Then there's the issue of whether or not it works the same way on whole beings. Like, Sora has a bond with Axel, going by the Keychain he got from him. But does that mean Namine'll have powers over Lea's Memories? Uncertain.

Then there's the whole issue she's been absorbed into Kairi. Lol kind of reminds me of the death in FFVII >_>;;; turn the chara into a Deus Ex Machina, then kill them. Splendid.!
