Since Kairi is going to be able to use the Key Blade in KH3, does that mean, if Namine returns, she can also wield the keyblade!?!?

Well she already has a special purpose in the series so it's not like she needs the keyblade to stay relevant.

They might just give her one to give the action shots of Sora/Roxas+ Kairi/Namine wielding keyblades side by side for a fight.

...What?
The "ability" didn't go to either Roxas or Xion. They basically "borrowed" Sora's and Ventus' keyblades.
That, and the ability itself also cannot "go" anywhere. Either one has the ability to wield or he/she has not.

---

Riku always had the ability to wield since Terra performed the ceremony with him, but he didn't have a proper Keyblade itself to wield until he was chosen by Way to the Dawn.
There is a difference between having the ability to wield and actually having a Keyblade available that can be wielded.

Roxas and Xion, originating from Sora and remaining connected to him (due to Sora being restored, they co-existed), could tap into Sora's own wielding ability and borrow Sora's Keyblade.
Ventus' Keyblade only came into play once Roxas awakened dual-wielding by accidentally accessing Ven's heart and unsealing the blade.

Kairi on the other hand has a Keyblade wielding ability all on her own, independent from Sora and Riku, due to the accidental ceremony performed between her and Aqua.
So theoretically Naminé could tap into Kairi's ability through their connection and borrow Kairi's Keyblade, that is of course if Kairi has even been chosen by a Keyblade yet.

Agreed. But is there a reason why Roxas can use the keyblade when Sora is awake? Like he uses it at the beginning of Days, when Sora was still awake in Castle Oblivion, and he uses it again against Sora when he first enters The World That Never Was (albeit this battle occurred inside Sora's heart).

Is there a chance that Roxas gains the power to wield his own keyblade, and doesn't have to borrow Sora's?

True, but is there a possibility that Roxas gained the ability to wield his own keyblade - separate from Sora? Because there's no doubt that he's borrowing Sora's keyblade for the majority of the time. But as Sora said in DDD, Roxas has become his own person, and implies that Roxas could potentially have the the power to acquire his own keyblade.

Thoughts?

I think they're still somehow using the same keyblade, however that works. We know they aren't complete without each other, so I suppose the same goes for the keyblade? Audo or Sephiroth0812 would probably know better, sorry. xD

If we consider Roxas to have grown his own heart by KH3 and not being "only" a nobody anymore, Í guess he could get chosen by the keyblade. Who knows. I honestly hope SE goes with less keyblades in the future, though.

Less keyblades would definitely be better (there's so many now, they're just not unique anymore :') ). But in Roxas' case, especially due to what he's been through, I think he's earned his own keyblade - unlike somehow like Kairi who just accidentally gained the power through Aqua.

Although if they are allowed to use the same keyblade at the same time, that's still cool I guess. Roxas and Xion made do with the same keyblade (unless you run with the theory that Xion is actually subconsciously wielding Ven's keyblade).

But I definitely think Roxas 'deserves' his own keyblade

That's because Sora's Keyblade can exist in two places at once so both Sora and Roxas can use it at the same time.
Nomura himself clarified that once in an interview back in the Director's Secret Report XIII which came with KH 2 Final Mix in Japan:

Nomura said:
VII. If Roxas was born and joined the Organisation during the same period that Sora became a Heartless, then that means Roxas was using a Keyblade during the same period that Sora was using one in Castle Oblivion. Was he using Sora's Keyblade? It seems that Roxas was valued within the Organisation for being a Keyblade Wielder, and surely it would have been handy for them to have Sora, another hero of the Keyblade, gathering hearts. In that case, why did the Organisation try to defeat Sora?

The Keyblade Roxas used was the same one that Sora lost temporarily in Castle Oblivion. And then the two of them were using that Keyblade at the same time, which is accounted for by the relationship between Roxas and Sora if you think about it. However, the fact that both of them are dual wielders actually means something rather major. This is connected to the story of 'Xehanort's memories', and I cannot touch that topic with a ten foot pole right now.

Also, while the two of them were both using that Keyblade, the Organisation were trying to use Sora for the sake of their own end goals. Before long, however, due to different expectations held by different Organisation members and the actions of Sora and Roxas themselves, their methods changed, and in the end they became unable to use Sora in any real way. Sora getting in the way of the Organisation's actions in this way is what caused them to try to defeat him. You could also say that they were thinking that even if they were to defeat Sora, they had a replacement.
As a little thing on the side, you can also read some ominuous hints and teasings towards Ventus and BBS (Xehanort's memories) as well as the "end goal" of the Organisation, so the claim that Nomura does make up everything as he goes is not really correct on some major points.

---

As for Roxas himself gaining an own Keyblade, well, he does have a heart of his own so he could potentially gain one later down the story, but that depends on a) if Roxas truly becomes an independent entity again and b) if a Keyblade judges his new, own heart as worthy enough to choose him as its wielder.
The same thing holds true for Xion and Naminé as well.

The ultimate decision if someone who has the potential to be a wielder truly becomes a wielder lies with the Keyblades themselves.

That's a really valid point. No matter what happens, I just hope Nomura gives us some closure, concerning Roxas, in KH3.

Edit: I never knew Nomura confirmed that Sora's keyblade could exist in two places at once, that's really interesting - Thanks Sephiroth0812!

It is implied since Blank Points that there is more of a role to play for Roxas and the other "spawned" extra existences, not to mention his cameo was the biggest one in KH DDD, so even if there are no own Keyblades given out I'm sure that there is something to look forward to for fans of those characters.

In the Ultimania for KH DDD Nomura had these to share about future developments:
DDD Ultimania said:
Q: Who are the thirteen researchers of darkness?
A: Thirteen seekers of darkness that share a consciousness and heart with Master Xehanort, serving as raw material for the X-Blade. In this game, they failed in their attempts to make Sora the 13th of their ranks, but who's to become the 13th in his stead? And who are the six whose identities have not been revealed?
Q: What happened to Terra's heart and body?
A: In this game, Master Xehanort does not appear in the form of Terra-Xehanort when he transferred his heart, but as the old man he was before he took control of Terra's body. During the revival, what happened to Terra's body, and Terra's heart that was in opposition to Xehanort's control? In Kingdom Hearts, Birth by Sleep, it is to be considered that it was thought the whereabouts of the heart of Terra's master, Eraqus rested within his body.
Q: What happens to Lea hereafter now that he has become a Keyblade wielder?
A: Lea, having returned to his human form, chosen by the Keyblade. Does him getting a Keyblade have anything to do with his best friend Roxas? And is there a possibility that Lea's become one of the protectors of Light?
Q: Who are the seven protectors of light?
A: The current whereabouts of Terra, Aqua, and Ventus, who are to become part of the seven protectors of light in opposition to the thirteen seekers of darkness (with the exception of their 13th member), are currently unknown. Can they return to Sora? Who is the last member?
Q: When do Riku and Terra meet again?
A: In Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, Terra made a promise to Riku, "anyway, when you reach me, let's teach the world the power to protect the ones we love, and the truly spacious world we live in", in case he should ever succeed him. It appears Riku has remembered this promise, but when will the two ever meet again?
Q. The decisions about Xehanort and revivals from sleep.
Not counting Terra and his friends, there are Roxas, Namine and Xion as well, all lying in sleep as they wait for their sadness to be mended. If they wake up, they'll come to Sora's aid, right? Surely they'll put an end to their long-lasting battle with Xehanort the next time.... won't they?!
Don't worry about that, many fans who aren't members of big fansites like KHInsider, KH13 or others do not know about the Nomura interviews.
On one hand, these interviews are a huge treasure of additional information about Kingdom Hearts lore and provide explanations for quite some mysteries, especially the ones featured in the Ultimania-books for each KH game.
On the other hand though most of these interviews came out only in Japan due to the Ultimanias being Japan-only and many other important things being in interviews with japanese gaming magazines like Famitsu.

Very much of this information being available only in the interviews though is also a reason as to why many people claim the KH story being so difficult to understand or convoluted.

There exist translations on fanpages such as this one, sorted by game, so if one is really interested in gaining as much information about the overaching story as possible and connect dots he/she may delve into these, but many fans either shy away from the task or simply don't even know these sources exist.
The whole Director's Secret Report can be found here:
Director's Secret Report XIII

while the others can be found in the "interviews"-section of each game on the main site.

Be warned though, this is quite a challenge considering how many interviews there are already by now.

Honestly, I am completely fine with Naminé not wielding a Keyblade. We don't need more, since most of the cast already got one.
