Who will be saved first? Terra or Ven?

I agree that they may want their own bodies, but there lies a problem. Ven and Roxas meeting. Jesse plays both character, will anyone find that odd if they are both talking in the same cutscene?

And besides, Xion was the only one who really wanted to be inside Sora.

Even this is solveable, if you take audio-samples from Roxas and Ventus and compare them you will notice that Jesse McCartney is good enough in voice-work to let both characters talk in different nuances.
(There were already some comments in the McCartney-thread about this me thinks).

If people might find this odd or not doesn't really play a role when considering the story.
Some people even find it odd that Sora and Ven will meet, just because they have similar personalities *rollseyes*.

Yeah, but Xion only wanted this because there was no other way. She knew that if she didn't go back Roxas would be hurt, she actually quarreled quite a time before she made that decision.
And no one disagrees that it was inevitable they all had to reunite with their former selves because they borrowed something from them that needed to be given back.
But that issue is solved now, the problem now is that we have three "special existences" here who still define themselves as independent persons, yet can't be independent because they lack every part of an independent person.

I see terra as last since he's related to the Big Bad in almost all games and the fact that he's such a mess right now of who is in control, the hearts and the memories. Also, terra is in bits and pieces. His body dissolved into darkness after Xemnas was defeated, but since Ansem was defeated first, that heart is assumed to go back into Terra's body. And its hinted that Terra's heart is actually in Riku. And there's Eraqus that is a part of this and may play a role. Not to mention that if its true that The Lingering Sentiment is still in the Keyblade Graveyard, that probably has to be brought back to 100% fix Terra.

terra is pretty much like Dracula from Castlevania II at this point: his vital parts are all spread out over the universe and need to be collected to bring him back.

I think Ven first and Terra last because Terra is still inside Xehanort and its going to be pretty hard the split the two I think that they'll save Ven and Aqua first and then try to rescue Terra from Xehanort.

Ya, but with the whole Sora meeting Ven thing won't bother me as much since they sorta did meet on a heart to heart bases in bbs.

The second however seems to be a misunderstanding/mistranslation. The memories the real Naminé found deep inside Sora's heart (of TAV, the ones from Xion and Roxas added later) are the intense torment, added to the KH I journal to be delivered by the Data Naminé. Sora himself has no torment, and his Data-counterpart found the way to withstand that intense bunch of torment so that Sora's heart won't be overwhelmed by it and fall to darkness.

What Namine inserted into the journal was a data copy of the tormented memories, not the memories themselves. More importantly, Data-Sora only touched the surface of these memories. The real Sora still has the memories inside him, and he'll have to go deeper than Data Sora did.

You probably haven't played Coded yet, so I'll refrain from spoilering too much here.
But regarding Xion and Roxas, the reason they are in torment is actually because they are fused with Sora.

Or maybe you haven't played Coded, because that's never implied. In fact, just the opposite. Being back with their original selves is what gives them peace (Roxas even SAYS he'd like to be in Sora in coded). It's the unresolved threads left behind that keeps them in torment. For Roxas, it was the end of his summer vacation. For Xion, it's being forgotten. For Namine, it's not being able to keep the promise with Sora.

So in your eyes being trapped inside another person, able to watch all that unfolds yet don't be able to do anything despite you wanting to have an own life isn't suffering?
Being hidden in the deepest part of th heart of a person and the entire universe has forgotten you, you can't reach out at all despite you wanting to see your friends again doesn't count as torment?

They're not "trapped," they're back where they belong (as Xion says- I mean, she even says she WANTS to go back). Xion and Roxas, in the end, ARE Sora. And Namine IS Kairi.

They see each other in Sora and Kairi. Their identities live on through those two. If Sora and Kairi are happy, they're happy.

Why does that last sentence of yours here make me think about KH 3D? lol.

Funny how different we interpret things, but it may be because I really did not play Re: Coded, but rather have a FAQ/Walkthrough/Script translated from the original Japanese Coded, the cell phone game, not the DS one.

The place he would like to return to, his "summer vacation". Seemed quite like he was talking about Twilight Town, the place he so badly wants to live, with his friends.

Our opinions on this matter differ greatly it seems, yet I'd like to see where that Spoiler of yours is really said, as all quotes I know from said person point otherwise.
The projection scene in KH 2 only confirms that they have still their independent thoughts and memories which define them as identities/persons apart from Sora and Kairi. They originated from them and borrowed something from their former selves but Roxas =/= Sora and Naminé =/= Kairi.
If I remember correct it was in CoM where Sora even acknowledges that Naminé is different from Kairi.

Oh, and about Xion, maybe you've overread that bit I wrote before:
