They never really revealed the Enigmatic Man from Final Mix but he was my favorite...

Since he's not a choice, I'd say Axel because all others seem to have such self-personalities. Axel gave the greatest impression of how a true nobody should be.

I would have to say that Zexion is my favorite COM unknown. He was a pretty cool character... at least till he bit the dust.

He's mysterious and seems to know everything before it happens and controls everything.
