It's just artwork, they won't always look like they do in the games.

Keep in mind it's been several years since Roxas was originally drawn. Nomura's style is bound to change.
Heck, Sora and Roxas hardly look anything like themselves on the cover of Another Report, and that's been drawn much closer to the game's release, so it's only natural it'll look that much different now.
