Xigbar was the hardest. Xaldin and Demxy where sort of hard the others where easy.

For me, Marluxia and Axel on Critical Mode. Took me a couple of tries to beat them. But the first time I fought them they killed me in a matter of minutes.

I can kill Marluxia in less than a minute. *has timed self* He's the easiest for me. Vexen can be hard, what with Anti Form attacking you and it not being safe to use Drive forms. Lexeaus, Xemnas, and Zexion are easy if your reflexes are quick.
