Armaments: A tazer gun, some self-defense skills, and the entire armory of the World Agents at her disposal
Personality: Brianna is dedicated to her work, like any self-respecting head of an organization would be. She also has a dry, sarcastic sense of humor, and has no time or tolerance for stupidity among her recruits. This can make her job very stressing indeed, and even more so because she takes it personally whenever a criminal escapes the World Agents, though it doesn't happen often. She enjoys jogging and listening to classical music when she's stressed, but doesn't enjoy reading books or watching television because she's much too inclined to yell at the characters when they do something idiotic.
Bio: From an early age, Brianna was seen as the "police officer" of the playground, seeking out bullies and showing them their place without having to go to a teacher for help. She studied criminal justice and political science in college, but while pursuing her career, she felt repeatedly disappointed by the government agencies that she tried to join, because they didn't do things fast enough for her. (She can be a bit of a control-freak.) Thus, she began seeking out fellow officers that she admired and respected, and took trips around the world for equally respectable people in other nations, and slowly but surely, the World Agency was formed. They have grown over the years under her watchful eye, and with the help of other agencies that they formed alliances with, the World Agents became known as the official security force of the world. Brianna was pleased and proud, though she often struggled with trying not to be too over-confident by her success.
Now, Brianna is facing her biggest challenge yet: finding Waldo. She's certain that her officers can handle it, as they've handled worse cases before. Right...?

However, in an epic chase where he fought against a cult that killed people using notebooks, he was severely mentally crippled, and since then has felt like someone else has been controlling him. Some say he wears the red and white stripes because his parents were killed while he wore a knitted jacket and cap, and that the red stripes represent their bloodstains. Others say he was trying to create a pink shirt but used coloured wool instead of dye, so it failed to mix whilst in the wash.
Nation: His actual place of birth is unknown.
Armament: A single, long brown walking stick, or Cane, and a camera with flash function.
Personality: Seemingly mild mannered, quiet and polite, Waldo maintains a calm surface to mask the raging red and white torrent within.
Bio: Trained in subterfuge and infilitration by all the world's best units, Waldo Walden was a prodigy. He could enter a crowd and dissapear completly despite his common outlandish attire. He worked for intelligence, collecting snapshots of targets, and played a key role in the worldwide hunt for elusive villianess Carmen Sandiego.
However, the stresses of the job eventually began to take their toll, and Walden turned to substance abuse as a way to combat this. Imagining himself hiding in outlandish, insane scenes among monsters and dinosaurs, he slowly lost his mind, and fled, going on the run to execute his master plan.
Thus he was caught, imprisoned, and using the clever distraction of suggesting a game of 'Where's Waldo in: The State Penitentiary', he escaped over the wall of the excercise yard whilst all the guards were looking for him inside.
Taking with him his faithful tracking dog, Woof, a vicious pitbull wearing a red and white striped jacket and bobble hat like his own, he first decided that he must avoid recapture, and did what he did best: Dissapear.
