Where are the Oranizations Heartless's??

how come the organization people dont have a human form heartless like xehanort/xemnas and sora/roxas?????
do they need kairi or someone close to them to hug them or something??

Xehonorts Heartless and and Namine were special cases. Read the Secret Ansem Reports. They will help you understand

What? Sora's Heartless was a regular Shadow Heartless, and we don't know if Ansem SoD really was a Heartless. Someone's Heartless is determined by the amount of darkness in their heart, which is why Sora's was a regular one because he didn't have much of it. As for the Organization's Heartlesses -- Sora probably destroyed them during his journeys.

The Organization's heartless were said to be "normal". So it doesn't seem they are special heartless like Xehanort. Because they willingly gave themselves to darkness, they became pureblood heartless and might have been slain by Sora or another keblade wielder already allow their original selves to return after the nobody was slained.
