Occasionally a cast member will reference KH if they're familiar with it. I don't think it's a disney mandate, just one of those things that happens if the person playing the characters knows the reference material. I've seen Alice, Jack Skellington, and others acknowledge KH.

I have a theory that cast members have been instructed to say "May your heart be your guiding key". When my girlfriend and I went two years ago, we were so damn cold at Disney World (it was January, we were surprised how brutally cold things could get in that humidity) so we bought a Sora hoodie for the low low price of sixty fucking dollars at Epcot. For the rest of the trip, it was all we would hear. "May your heart be your guiding key", "May your heart be your guiding key", "May your heart be your guiding key".

One woman working at Epcot was really excited and conversed with us for a long time about Kingdom Hearts, to the point where we were kind of trying to get out but she was just going on and on about the games (Kingdom Hearts 3 wasn't as good as the others, apparently), and that made me realize that the "May your heart be your guiding key" business might be a way to get employees to yap less about Kingdom Hearts and acknowledge it in seven easy words.

In the link, Google translate mentions something about talking about KH for the first time if anyone can take a look and verify.

Huh, that's interesting. Keeping my hopes low of course, but if Nomura is indeed going to mention KH in this interview, we might hear something. It likely won't be anything substantial, but at the very least, maybe he could give an update on where KH4 is in development, and more likely what is going on with ML.

It's hard to tell exactly from the link summary, but it does seem mostly likely that "first time" stuff is just talking about something related to KH in general for the first time, not a new game information or anything like that.
I wouldn't expect a new game info from this interview other than maybe a small hints of what's to come, mostly FF7R part 3.

I honestly still think he'll mention it. It's what's occupying most of his time right now, after all.

When you run through the whole article via Translate you get a part that says "and it seems he will be talking about Kingdom Hearts for the first time" so surely that has to count towards a minor update or something.
