Nope, NSO runs ROMs locallyI feel like this is the most likely thing to happen when it comes to KH on switch but funny enough it would be cloud based again right? That's how NSO works I think

What about TGS?jeff grubb says ps5 pro reveal and playstation event next month as expected. this and TGA in december has always been the only realistic shots for KH4 news this year.
What about TGS?
I feel like lumping a bunch of stuff unrelated KH into the barrel of "Things that need to come out first before we can have a better chance at news" isn't really ideal. Like yeah, they're Disney stuff but they have no bearing on KH as a series or its news cycle.
Ironic coming from me, the guy who cynically talks about how FF7R would do just that.
- As projects get underway, Disney designates release windows to avoid having games in similar franchises stepping on each other. What if partner A is running late and at risk of colliding with partner B? "Everybody's running late," Shoptaw quipped, before saying that lateness is often no one's fault and something Disney tries to accommodate with all affected partners. "We do a lot of air traffic control," he said.
OhThey absolutely do. Disney has said they coordinate with their developer partners to ensure they don’t interfere with each other as much as possible.
I also didn’t say they need to come out for us to get news. But once they are, it definitely gives a better chance for KH showing up. It’s just simple process of elimination of titles the two companies have to market.
On the topic of Disney RPG, anyone interested in playing it will be disappointed to learn that the estimated release date has been pushed back from September 9th to October 7th.
And it could've still been free to play too, I feel like there'd be a larger playerbase if it's on pc & consoles as wellmaking missing link a mobile game is the dumbest mistake they did so far. we legit could've had a new console spinoff instead with how much time missing link is taking.... but square enix and common sense do not match.
Given how expensive developing home console games is currently, they probably thought it wasn't worth the investment. In addition to that I'm under the impression the general public would frown upon a new non-numbered title since the previous portable side games already have the reputation of "making the story convoluted", so they probably wouldn't be willing to spend 60 dollars on it.making missing link a mobile game is the dumbest mistake they did so far. we legit could've had a new console spinoff instead with how much time missing link is taking.... but square enix and common sense do not match.
I can definitely see what you mean. It'd be nice if there were at least some sort of nod to the KHUx artstyle in ML (I did appreciate the small usage in KH3, thought that was very cute). It's wild thinking about how its run lasted 10 full years (half the series!) and now we might never see it used again. Maybe they should do Avatar Kingdom 2.0 for KHML and they can be used for minigames or something lol.I know it was mixed, but given that ML is the finale of the X saga, I wish ML kept the KHUX/Dark Road art style for consistency's sake but that's just a minor nitpick.
