Actually, Disney Town looks similar to Mickey's Toon Town in Disneyland. I remember going there 3 years ago and the town looks much like it. Look up photos, you'll see.

This. The whole world seems inspired by the theme parks, the castle obviously resembles Cinderella's castle from the front of the parks.

It's a conglomeration of all sorts of Disney-toon related places, and can't be based on any one thing.

I'm pretty sure it's based on the Theme Parks, but if you want to watch something, watch a Goofy Movie, or other old Disney Cartoons on Youtube.

It looks like Disney Town is still there in the Disney Castle from KH1/2

Timeless River is world in a world. and it is based on Timeless River.

Disney Town/Castle however is just an original world imo to replace Hundred Acre Wood or whatever.

Timeless river is set in the past.It's the place where Disney castle is build.
