What is its name?

I heard it was the Castle That Never Was when I stopped at GameStop, my older sis's friend said it was. Official or not, sounds nice. I could guess of naming it Tower of Naught, Castle to the Heart, or Castle of the City or something like that. At least they didn't name Dark City The City That Never Was cause that'd be just stupid.

for some reason i always thought of it as the Org XIII Headquarters or Hideout. never really looked at the map, but Castle that Never Was makes way more sense.
