What is Cid's connection

when i was watching FF IV advent children i noticed something first of all the world that they are on couldn't be spira (because i would a least see ONE sphere) and if cid is on that world AND he's Rikku's father and Yuna's uncle how can this be because FF IV couldn't have been on spira

.-. FF has a tendancy to re-use names. the Cid you saw in FVII AC was completely different from the one in FFX & FFX2

All of the FF's are set in different worlds and have different characters etc (excluding X-2) and you mean FF VII not IV. You probably haven't played many FF games so go play em!

I coulda sworn that some other game actually reused characters...I mean, literal characters, not just name-only ripoffs, ya? Sure, Cloud had a cameo appearance in FF Tactics, but there must have been some other instance...

Nearly every FF game has a guy named Cid, and they are in no relation to each other at all.

Kind of like how every FF game has chocobos and cactuars, ect.

From FF2, every FF has a Cid. Get used to it...

And dont you guys think its amusing that we get to see every FF number attached to Advent Children?!

First it was FFVI, then FFVIII, then FFIX, now FFIV... Is it that hard to read a number?! Its on the boxart! xD
