Hmmmmm, let's actually analyze this idea. So...
♦ Namine being a boy means (s)he wouldn't be Kairi's Nobody anymore. That in turn means that he wouldn't probably have access to Sora's memories anymore, since memories define the identity of the person who has them and the key ones are connected to the most precious person of theirs. For Sora, it was clearly Kairi, so a witch with the power over his memories resulted from the whole KH1 ending stabby-McStabStab scene & process we know so well already;
♦ Continuing these thoughts leads to an actually natural way to connect male-Namine to another person "inside" Sora's heart, which would naturally be Ven. All considered, we have a male-Namine, Nobody of Ven, without the power over Sora's memories;
♦ All clear except one thing: Ven having a Nobody is, in fact, impossible if we assume the following things:
[time: BBS] Ven's heart was pure light > he and Vanitas "fused" togeher inside Ven's heart again before the final Ven BBS fight > Ven had both light and darkness in his heart during the battle > Ven defeated Vanitas,
thus only light remained inside his heart once again*** > Ven's heart found shelter inside Sora's.
Now, darkness is needed for a Nobody to be created. Ven alone can't have a Nobody***. Then again, Kairi's heart is pure light too, but she had a Nobody because of Sora's own darkness. However, one can't compare the closeness between the hearts of Sora and Kairi with the closeness of the hearts of Sora and Ven. That, in the end, would be the factor that gives or takes the power over the memories in this situation.
*** if defeating Vanitas actually meant "erasing" all darkness from Ven's heart. As of now, Vanitas' precise situation remains unclear though.
tl;dr I would strongly assume a male-Namine-Ven-Nobody wouldn't be a memory wizard, but yeah all white would look lovely like an angel, still aesthetic pleasure is no actual argument for him xD
