Hold on. Roxas's voice didn't change, did it? It was still Roxas's voice, he just responded in a Sora-ish way. Right?

Let's take a look:

Well, he certainly shows more emotion and resolve. Just before this he was mumbling about eating ice cream (as usual). Does anyone else think there might be some kind of significance in the whole 'I'm me! Nobody else!' bit? I mean, are you sure, Roxas? Because you look a whole lot like a certain somebody else...

No it's not, because Sora and Ven existed with their own Body and Soul simultaneously, rendering your point moot.

At first I thought "OMG it must be Sora's face because Xion returned to Sora a few hours ago!" But then I realized that they would've done the same covered hood thing in KH2FM+ (Not the Sora vs Roxas scene either) It was still slighly shocking when Roxas was talking and was basically Sora for a second though.
