You were right in thinking the 28th becuz the 28th is the date its officially shipped the genral public will have to wait until the 29th when the stores recieve the items and sell them ^^ althou i have heard rumor that some copies will be made avialable on the 28th I highly doubt it but we'll see tomorrow night wether anyone on here shows pictures or anyone on ebay throws one on.(which would be quite pointless)
