What do I need to do to get 100% in Kingdom Hearts 2?

So far, I'm on level 99, beat Sephiroth, have all the Keyblades, beat all the worlds, and have Save the King+ ans Save the Queen+. What else do I need?

Summons, Journal, 100% in gummi routes.

You must complete every mini-game with the "high score", meet every character, and basically make sure there's a Mickey Mouse symbol next to every entry in the journal. Be sure to have used all limits and reaction commands.

You also have to complete all the Gummi Routes, collecting everything.

game is considered to be 100% if you have the gold emblem on all icons in jiminy journal

requirements for all secret organization and attack cards in Re:Com
-complete KH2 with 100%(not including gummi battles)
-complete sora's game once
-complete riku's game once
then you can get all organization cards and kh2 only keyblade cards in the key to rewards rooms

You don't techncially need to get the Gummi Routes completely done to have 100%. They're just an added bonus, but they don't need to be done. They won't get you anything.

Just have every Mickey Mouse head symbol colored gold.

if you complete jiminy journal 100% and gummi routes 100% and then go through the final battle, after defeating zemnas, reload the game and you will have the ANTI FORM IN YOUR DRIVE MENU
