Please ask all questions in the walkthrough thread instead of creating new ones.

For the above, you will have to defeat random heartless under Guilt Help. You can only get access to the guilt system upon reaching level 20.

Go to your boss screen, click on the red button beside your party member's name, enter their world for guilt help.
