My favorite army is the Imperial Guard. The Stormtroopers/Kasrkins, basilisks, and hellhounds pwn everything in sight on the board. I like using a distraction tactic on the field.

I would REALLY like to see a 40K MMO. DoW disappointed me.

Exactly how could Dawn of War disappoint? Dawn of War is the greatest RTS ever. So far as I can tell, it does a good job of staying true to its source material while maintaining game balance. There are still some complaints of game balance, but they're the same kind of people who bitch about the AWP in Counter-Strike.

I went through Hell to get it to work, and I was disappointed when it didn't have the Tau, Nids, or Necrons as playable races. Necrons are my second favorite army. I started out playing with them and switched over to Imperial Guard when I knew the game better. I really wanted to see them as one of the controllable races. That was why it disappointed me. It was a great RTS, but that really brought down the game for me.

The Eldar are a great army, but IG could take them out any day.

Also, in game, yes. In novel, though, the Eldar have plans that take 10,000 years to come into action. Eldar are funny, they'll spend 100 years and sacrifice a couple million humans to keep one of them from stubbing thier toe.

Oh, didn't hear about the expansion. I thought they stopped with Winter Assault.

The only novel I've read was the one about Gaunt's Ghosts because a lot of guys down at the comic shop were talking about it.

I read through the Relic forums, and the team stated that the game engine just couldn't do the Tyranids justice. That's why they didn't put them in. Just play as the Ork, they both use swarm tactics.

If we're going to start with the wishful thinking, I want the Harlequins. I haven't played Winter Assault yet, but wasn't there a Harlequin unit introduced to the Eldar along with the heavy weapons one? I want the whole the force.

Dark Eldar. Why? If done right, they'd be an army that, when used by experienced players, could feth up the enemy, while a newbie would die horribly after failing to copy the pro. Plus, thier high speed would make them real good at capturing Requisition and such. Finally, who doesn't want to see Drahzar in Hand to hand Combat?

This game looks good. I have played another game by Mythic Entertainment called Dark Age of Camelot. It was really good. I do hope this game replaces World of Warcraft because I hate that game so much. Every single noob I have ever seen played WoW and I am sick and tired of it. Anywho, the graphics in Warhammer look sick. I can't wait till it is released.
