It's not about saving. Its about spending, and getting what they want. The me first attitude. This has been going on for years. In a good economy and bad alike.

I don't even know if people care THAT much about the savings, they just get into this whole crazed tradition of the after thanksgiving shopping rush with one thing on their mind. They are going to get what they want and no one will get in their way of obtaining it.

This year, there aren't even that great deals or savings.

You cannot organize them better unless you plan to only release a certain amount of people into the store at a time, but then there is going to be beat downs right outside the store because someone got the last thing someone else wanted cause tehy couldn't go in yet. Really I just ask why the employee wasa in the way of everyone?

Thats awesome. How crazy are people to knock down the doors to get the best deals. I should be more worried cause my gf works at a wallmart, but then I don't care because She doesn't work out front. If the economy gets better for next year I say we see a lot mor deaths.

Ripped teh door off its hinges, just for some stuff they might have been able to get at the same price at other stores on any day they want. A man who saw the employee go down had to fight people in order to save himself.

Shows what world we live in. The only word I can think of that can accurately describe this is "evil".

That's horrible. Even worse because a) hardly anyone even stopped, and b) no one is going to be held criminally liable. They might get some money out of Walmart, but no one's going to be held responsible.

As an inside joke, I've been calling it "Black-Eye-Friday" with my friends. It's really not surprising to me all that this stuff happens.
I'm sure there all stories like this all over. Last year in an area Wal-Mart two ladies fighting over a TV escalated from blows to throwing DVD Players.

After all of the years of this, I'm surprised law enforcement wasn't on duty in there, then again there are many supermarkets out there.
This.

Quite a shame. We really could use law enforcements at these big-top places.

Or ravaging hounds. Those work too.

the problem is that no one can see beyond a huge crowd.
i'm pretty sure, that not everyone trampled those ppl, but when a huge crowd comes
rushing through, people push and shove to get what they want. No one see's anything
but what's there for them to get. It's sad but it's common, and for the most of you who feel
pity, you'd be surprised to know that being pushed and shoved in a huge crowd would cause you
yourself to accidentally trample someone.

It's kinda rude to say, but life has always been exposable,
we just have the mindset to know that there is use for it
beyond depending on each other

This makes me freaking scared of working in department stores. I mean, I thought it was bad when some old lady started yelling at me for ridiculous reasons...being trampled.. omg. o__O

Crazy! That is really bad! This is why I am kind of scared to go shopping on these days. But I only got yelled at by some random mom, and pushed out of the way for somthing I wasn't even looking at. :/ But I guess killing out of greed is what being american is about.

Just shows how others will treat a dude like a puddle of dog piss to save 3$.
