Well, what do you think of his voice now? I was kinda dissapointed D: He sounded scary. TT______TT His eye movements made me crack up, though. xDDD
I think it's suits him well, a mad scientist.

I would say that Dave Whittenburg would be a good pick. Instead of doing his Kakashi voice, he should sound more like Sora from .hack//SIGN, but older. What do you think about that?
