VEN'S Keyblade confusion (Glitch)

Well first of all im trying to get enough pictures of Ven's keyblade so i can make it for myself but as i was looking i found pics from the gameplay and other pics from trailers and scans and the shape of the keyblade is switched around.

In the first pic the handle of his keyblade is on the opposite side of the key part on top of the keyblade.
In the second pic, the handle is on the same side.

So either his keyblade has a feature to rotate like that or this is just a major glitch in the game. But then again its just a demo and lots of the features in demos are always gonna be different from the actual game but still.... WHAT DOES THE KEY REALLY LOOK LIKE!?!
I just want to make the thing accurately. D:<;P

he is pointing his keyblade upward if you look a little closer. No Glitch it just looks weird from the angle that the pic was taken.

Byronic Hero is right. If you mentally swing the keyblade down and back in the second picture, it's still on the same side as the first picture. It is a bit awkward looking, though. Has to be murder on the arm.

Well, in the first pic, the thumb part of his hand is toward the gold, but in the second pic, the thumb part of his hand is toward the blade

That's just the way he's gripping it, so you're right in some way. But, the way he's gripping it doesn't mean that the keyblade handle is actually switched towards different sides.

Well, he could have rotated it before it went up

In order to call down lightning, you have to thrust your keyblade to the sky. Its understandable that he has to switch the way he holds his Keyblade in order to do that spell.

It doesn't matter, really, what way he holds it. Either way, it's been disproven that it's a glitch. The handle is still on the same side of the keyblade, no matter what angle or side that Ven holds it in.

I see what your talking about yeah that is strange. Byronic Hero,Les, and Life.Lover look at the yellow part of the handle and then to look at the teeth key. In the first picture they're on the opposite side of the keyblade while on the other they're on the same side.

Now compare it to the second picture and the way the teeth of the key are facing.

but the key looks really cool, like a fusion of kk and the one you get from Cloud in KH1
