Well Master Xehanort is wearing the clothes of Xehanort's Heartless.. and Ven is connected to Roxas somehow.. it's like some sort of parallel dimension or something?!

Other than them sharing the same fashion sense, I honestly can't say I have a clue haha. For storyline purposes I highly doubt they're just like that by mere coincidence, but looking at the separate time frames, I'm not too sure.

If they are two separate people, it makes you wonder how they have a connection. They seem so darn similar. I think I ought to stop rambling, but if I come up with anything I'll post it here!

Well, the characters in BBS Master Xehanort and Ven are really big fan boys of Ansem's Heartless and Roxas, so when they were defeated (Ansem's heartless) and got new clothes(Roxas) they stole them.
Thats my theory, anways.

or maybe ven was a normal person and he wore those clothes and knew Ansem The Wise (DiZ) when he was roxas's age and wore those clothes. and when Ansem the wise met roxas he might of saw ven in him so he dressed roxas in ven's clothes

I think Roxas and Ven are the same people some how.
I like the way Namine was born.
The creator of this series is weird about how people are created.

Well, I bet it'a hinting a connection between the two. If you'll notice though, the outfit is not EXACTLY the same.

Oh yeeea.. Roxas ended up in Twilight Town! So perhaps he was indeed "dressed" digitally to resemble Ven. No idea why, but hey, IT'S AN IDEA!

Perhaps to confuse people x_x.

As HadesDragon said, one small difference is all it takes.

My thinking of the connection is extremely high now.

Ventus is Latin for Wind. Sora is Japanese for wind.Roxas is Sora's Nobody. Therefore, I sense Nomaru is using a play on words and description of the connection and similarities between Sora, Ven, and Roxas.

Maybe one's Nobody is supposed to look the the original figure's ancestor, as a father or such?

Yeah, what the above person said. The left half of his jacket (his left) is black, only the right side we can see clearly is the same color as Roxas's...

I'm thinking they did this on purpose, making the parts that looked more like Roxas' clothing to be more prominent so we would make a bigger connection between the two.

It looks like there might be some kind of shoulder piece as well, though I can't be sure.
