No they don't. Secret Ansem Report 1 = the same time as Xehanort made his reports or a bit before so it would most likely be after BBS and seeing how he spoke about Xehanort then this clearly means he wrote this after BBS as Xehanort wasn't found till after BBS ended AtW.

Another thing, Xehanort wrote under AtW's first reports which were stated 'Ansem Reports'. Xehanort took it on from there.

There is a reason why they are called Ansem Report 1 and Ansem Report 2.
The way they are numbered is the order in which the events unfolded. Thinking otherwise is just plain stupid.

The SARs were actually written by Ansem and not Xehanort, who wrote the first Ansem Reports.

I think Vanitas is his own character. Vanitas isn't Sora. Sora is 4 at the time. Vanitas isn't Xehanort. Vanitas isn't Ven's heartless cause that'd be impossible to make happen at the time. Vanitas isn't Master Eraqus <- LOL. Believe it or not that was a theory I read.
