Unlocking Mickey/Sora

Alright i could use some help real quick >.<
Now i know you have to buy Return of the King and Soul of Sora
To unlock Mickey and Sora
But i beat the game and everything, And they aren't showing up in the moogle shop.
Can anyone tell me what i need to do to make those items available to purchase?

You knowledge is wrong. I don't ever remember that being the case. I believe you have to get a certain percentage or something involving the missions. You don't have to buy jack.

Hmm. odd. Ive checked a few sites and Kingdom Hearts wiki. And that's what they said. Maybe that was for the Jap. version or something? haha. Oh well. i guess il just keep doing missions then. xD

Well, from what I remember, that Soul of Sora and what-not were rumors and not the correct way to obtain Sora and Mickey. I guess just wait until someone who actually has gotten them to post here to find out.

To unlock "Soul of Sora", you have to complete every mission in story mode, INCLUDING all the optional parts. Meaning you need a gold "DONE" on every single mission of every single day. Then when you talk to the moogle, he'll say you can now buy it and it's available in his shop. I literally just unlocked him about an hour ago so this is 100% correct.

I unlocked Mickey too... I'm pretty sure you just need to finish all the missions in story mode at least once, with or without the optional objectives done.

Did I mention you have to have beat the game and saved afterwards?

An easy way to check which missions you didn't complete everything in is to go through each day and look for a silver "DONE" instead of gold "DONE" on each one. If you don't have Mickey though, chances are you missed one completely somewhere. Just search through all your Holo-missions.

No problem. Sora is kind of a let-down as a playable character. No discernible stats and his combos aren't great. However, I would Mickey is hands down one of the best playable characters. His finishers are excellent.

Unlocking Sora: View the Story Mode ending having filled the Mission Gauge 100% in every mission and purchase the item Sora's Awakening from the Moogle Shop.

Unlocking Mickey: View the Story Mode ending after completing every mission and purchase the The King's Return item from the Moogle Shop.

So, how do we unlock Xion?

Every other unlockable character besides Sora and Mickey are unlocked by playing through the story. When you reach certain days, they'll unlock.

you have to beat all regular missions to be eligible to unlock thr return of the king
for sora, you have to get 100% game completion to be eligible to unlock the soul of sora
you get both from the moogle

i just got her and i think you have to get to like day 97 or a certain percent but shes basically roxas ( nerdy kh pun not intended intentionally) so you wouldnt be missin much without her.
