Unable to save image. Profile picture problems

When ever I try to upload a picture from my hard drive or use the IMG code from photobucket it says I am unable to save the image. Its under the data-size, and less than 100x100.
Help please?

Idk then....Ask a mod or admin about it. Someone will solve your photo problem I'm sure ^^

I think Profile Pictures were disabled. Otherwise, I'm unsure.

If the picture size meets the requirments,then the MB size of that Pic must be too big.
