"I am your worst, I am your worst nightmare"
Name: Sleif Destati
Rank: Captain
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Side:Neutral
Heart:Twilight
Weapon:
Spoiler ShowImage
A broadsword made out of a very dense black metal, the substance seems to swallow all light that touches it, the dark surface never having once lightened or worn since its creation. For such an average thick blade, the sheer weight of the metal is as if a large amount of the substance was somehow folded countless times onto itself to form the blade while still retaining its combined weight.
The runes carved along its handle, as well at the small inscriptions just noticeable running along the centre of the blade's surface, seem to have been made after its creation and allows Sleif to better focus solely towards the dark weapon what little aspect of magic he has learned.
Power: Gravity/Darkness
Spoiler Show
Spoiler ShowMost of Sleif's abilities rely on his study of gravity, learning to use it in as many creative ways as possible, mostly only coming to him when out on assignments with his partner Seth. However, the very first use of his new power is one he now constantly uses. So long as he is able to physically make some sort of connection with an object, Sleif is capable of affecting/manipulating its own sense of gravity with everything around it.
At the moment this usually affects objects usually no bigger than a grown man, but with time it's quite likely this power will get stronger and will be able to affect much more of its surroundings easily. The only instance that's goes against the physical connection needed, is that of Sleif's own dark sword, Xenditillum. The inscription and runes marked throughout the blade are ones that grant a sort of connection between weapon and wielder, dating back far in time.
Now connected, Sleif's use of gravity is able to freely act through his sword whenever possible. Whether it's in the simple use of changing its immense weight to allow only Sleif to wield it, being able to increase and reduce this weight with a simple thought from him to give his attacks a much more frightening display of power and speed, even a simple matter of changing its direction of gravity is something Sleif had learned to do after his years of training.
Spoiler ShowNot only is Sleif capable of affecting others own sense of gravity and weight, but he has also learned to be capable of changing his own, at least limited for the time being. One use of this power on himself has given him a somewhat basic form of what one might called levitating. This has become possible by being able to lower and increase the gravity around himself, allowing Sleif to not only float, but due in part to also changing his direction of gravity, can also move quite fast in the air thanks to this sort of 'Reversed Falling'.
Simpler forms of this have been shown to allow Sleif to do things, such as easily walk on walls as if they were the ground, thanks to him being able to change his direction of gravity, and also capable of leaping through the air much more easily than the average person, simply by lowering his gravity and weight when moving.
Spoiler ShowDarkness is something Sleif has only began to delve into, due to his need to better understand and control it for his missions with Taces. At the moment he has become most natural with using the darkness of shadows, and only then capable of traversing through one to another like portals.
Appearance:
Spoiler ShowIt wasn't till reaching his twenties that Sleif's full height suddenly appeared, causing him to sprout quickly to an easy 6'4. His black hair, which has begun to show small streaks of white, was allowed to grow longer since joining the Society, somehow also managing to keep it under control whenever fighting. His bright blue eyes seem to fit with his slightly tanned skin and strong form, this being due to the numerous worlds where he and his partner were able to train under numerous circumstances.
Wearing a full body length black trench coat with matching pants, the only other piece of clothing besides a pair of thick metal toed boots is a rather simple looking shirt, just noticeable as he seems to keep only two of the many buttons closed towards the middle, leaving the top wide open while the lower half splits apart allowing him to walk freely.
Personality:
Spoiler ShowEven after spending his late teens intensely training, studying, and fighting, Sleif still has kept his rather laid back attitude towards everything and anything around him. While able to take assignments seriously, in order to complete them, it seems it's more being able to hang around his longest and best friend during all those times that keeps him always going along with these missions given by the Society.
Anything else bar missions usually has Sleif lazing around somewhere, which with his new found grasp of gravity makes it much harder for others to spot him, especially when he's capable of literally relaxing on the ceiling if he wanted to.
Bio:
Spoiler ShowThe populace of Paradin and its neighbouring worlds over the centuries have become rather unique, each generation appearing to bring up many more individuals who have become known as Wielders. Though each person is capable of learning all forms of the Magical Artes, with time all learn of a specific type to which they feel a better connection towards than any other.
It wasn't until the creation of the Society more than a decade before, that Wielders had a place to safely learn their artes, what with the creation of various schools and institutes throughout Paradin and the worlds governed by the Society's safety. Before this, it was common to hear stories of accidents of Wielders, either too young to understand the power they had or craved for much more than they were capable of controlling, whatever the case all seemed to end with violent outbursts of magic related carnage and damage.
It was at the age of 15 that Sleif Destati, along with a large group of other child Wielders, were brought into the then created Aeronaut Society, to be better taught in each of their unique gifts, now in facilities specially formed for just them. When 16 and just over a year after he began his studies, to which he showed great promise in his specific Arte over Gravity, Destati was tasked his first ever mission after being shortly designated a new agent of the Society.
Being the early days of the Society many of the younger agents, to which Sleif was now apart of, were tasked low-levelled missions in order to not only test their agents skill but the gain of bringing in younger Wielders normally shunned for fear of their strange power to those around them.
One such Wielder was a young boy named Taces, to which Sleif was designated to find and bring back, one of many routine assignments for the new agents. Upon finding the boy four years his junior, it was clear Taces was definitely no low-level target, his natural unstructured display of the Magical Artes was nothing short of impressive especially when against Sleif's own use of gravity which had been slowly trained and tempered to his own thoughts after just a year in the Aeronaut Society.
Once Sleif managed to return, exhausted and hurt but with a heavily magical sealed Taces in tow, there was to come a moment that would change both young Wielders lives forever. Deemed too dangerous to allow normal admission with the other younger Wielders, the High General of the Aeronaut Society had decreed that those who were unable to join were to be permanently sealed away, both magically and physically. It was Commander Stras who stopped this from happening though, explaining on behalf of the High General that someone of talent at such a young age was capable of being given a second chance.
In part of this second chance Seth was to be assigned permanently to Sleif, though as the years passed by this soon changed to both becoming equal partners, on a team which was to see some of the Society's most highest priority missions over the decade, and even allowed Taces a much more lax attitude in terms of always being within Sleif's charge.
Other:
Spoiler ShowNo matter what he wears, no matter where he is or goes, it seems Sleif always keeps with himself three objects on his person at all times.
The first is a simple looking ring on his right hand, the small jewel embedded on the metal band is a purple gem of some sort.
The second object comes in the form of a long linked chain around his neck, which holds a rather thin shard of crystal in a clasp connected to it. It seems to be more a trinket he picked up on some mission than anything else.
The final object is definitely the most unique of the three, it being a pocket watch which he received when still on Paradin, before leaving to join the other Wielders to the Society. Always with him, Sleif makes double sure to keep the watch with him at all times, it coming in incredibly handy to help him work out missions to the second with Taces.

Name: Anorgos Pyrso (Wrathful Torch/Beacon)
Rank: Head-General (Leader/Founder of the Aeronaut Society)
Age: 53 years old
Gender: Male
Side: Neutral
Heart: Light/Twilight
Weapon(s):
Keyblade of Light (Flegomai - The Blazing Flare)/
Spoiler ShowA Keyblade of flaring crystal, the form of Anorgos' keyblade appears more as flash frozen rays of light than of anything that could be created naturally. Possibly one of the largest Keyblades in existence, its full lenght allows it to tower as much as the Head General himself. In battle, the Keyblade is said to glow as bright as the rising sun, blinding all and wiping from existence any who followed in the darkness. The substance the Keyblade is made of works well with heated sources, naturally coating itself in the desired effect if cast upon.
(Fire - Crystals retains heat (Further increasing its sharpness) until Keyblade has no choice but to vent.)
(Thunder - Metal that bridges gap between crystals appear to conduct better than any other metal, static building up upon itself over time and allowing its wielder to strike with the force of a thunder storm. Unless fully vented by choice, static will build to unuseable levels forcing de-summoning of Keyblade.)
(Light - Light appears to react naturally with the Keyblade, refracting first within the crystals of the weapon to create an immense illuminating glow until being capable of release in either a series of Light-based attacks (Dependant of power used = Effectiveness of attack), or one all-encompassing eruption. Reflecting within the metal of the Keyblade itself however has been known to cause the wielder to turn 'invisible'.)
While this strange weapon has only been in use for a short time, the Head-General has shown exceptional skill with both weapon and skills granted with his new course of study into Light, the man showing great affinity for this clearly polar opposite power when compared to his natural one.
Original Weapon (Syhrafst - Soul Crusher)(Image)/
Spoiler ShowAn immense and strange weapon, Syhrafst appears more like a cross between a shield and an axe/cleaver, the long handle adding a hint of some kind of sycthe to the mix. Flaring from the edge point of it, the front of the weapon's blade spreads out, enough to become a shield for it's wielder Anorgos (Capable of being slotted upon his arm with retractable handle), while down along the centre, the sharpness of the blade comes into play with it's destructive power.
While the Head-General is strong enough to crush anyone foolish enough to cross him, Syhrafst's special ability allows its owner to release an explosive force of darkness from the exit points along the back of the weapon's handle, therefore tripling the user's overall strenght and force for a few seconds. The frightening weapon has been known to completely obliterate and even defend against anything the Head-General fought during the war, even the mighty Darksides falling to his strikes. It was said the longer he battled, it seemed like the General grew more destructive with Syhrafst.
(This is down to the absorption ability of the weapon. During the Heartless War the weapon naturally atuned itself against those made of Darkness, Syhrafst in time becoming capable of absorbing the darkness/energy left behind from those creatures he defeated. The stronger, the better.)
Appearance: [Image of Head-General Anorgos with Flegomai]
Spoiler ShowIn the system of planets where the Aeronaut Society is located, there was one such world that seemed to make those who lived on it, into mountain sized beings. Whether it was the nature of the world itself, some kind of common vegetation which everyone might have been used to, or something else entirely, the fact remains of what happens to those who reach maturity. On most worlds it would be considered impossible, but on this one planet it has always been that its people would steadily at first but soon grow quickly into towering new bodies, most 7 to 8 foot, all perfectly healthy.
During the world's darkest days, before the formation of the Aeronaut Society, the number of battles in day to day life with the darkness made many young men and women the hulking beings they are today. Especially that of Head General Anorgos, the older man now a huge 10 foot mountain, with muscles (although aged) still to match.
The man's once dark brown hair has lightened with age, becoming not only a light version of what it once was, but bringing along some very noticeable streaks of greying. Though his dark green eyes still show the same ferocity from his youth. While it's clear he's capable of removing it, it is still the point that the Head-General is seen almost the entire time completely covered in his fullbody war armour, a replica of which is known to exist on display in the mainhall of the Wielder Academy, albeit not made of the same diamond-esque material once plentiful on his homeworld.
Personality:
Spoiler ShowUsually a kind and patient man, Anorgos time during the Heartless War painted a frightening picture. That a mountain of a man obliterated anything the stood against him, with no cause for those around him, something that seems to completely contradict what the Head-General is like before those within the Aeronaut Society. The man who would take time whenever he could to talk personnally with anyone who wanted, who would personnally keep his eye on those that were brought to his attention, who would do anything needed to keep safe those under his protection. Surely they could only be rumors from a dark time of history.
Bio:
The Great War
Spoiler ShowThe system of planets that would one day be home to the all protecting Aeronut Society, was once a collection of worlds constantly under threat by those that came from the Darkness. The Creatures of Shadows, Heartless, were capable of showing up on any world, the abominations appearing first like the beginning of some sort of infection until eventually great swarms of them would appear to devour anything in their path.
Those upon the worlds soon began to learn how to deal with the constant attack, inventing newer ways to face against the Darkness and try to live at least some sort of normal life. This proved to be nothing more than a delay against the inevitable. While it was never known how it happened so quickly, the Heartless began to appear in unimaginable numbers across the first few worlds. While the inhabitants tried their best, in the end most had no choice but to flee their worlds as best as they could.
In time the number of refugees grew greater and greater, and while there were no shortages to those willing to try and fight, the Heartless simply continued to come. It took a massive gathering of not just those willing to fight, but even those who were shunned by what they were. Wielders had been turned away over the centuries, hated and most definitely feared, but once the Dark Tide finally began to turn thanks to these feared outcasts, many started to see these magic-imbued people in a new light.
It was under the mantle of future Generals like Stra, Mubarak, and Anorgos, that some of the greatest battles during the war took place, this time ending with massive defeats against the once unstoppable darkness. With the Darkness and its creatures driven back just as it was before, it was only now when those who could finally return to their worlds realised the true destruction left by the Heartless. Though the worlds taken at the start of the war remained, there was no hope of ever living again on their surface.
With the Heartless seemingly defeated, it was apparent they would choose to stay hidden in the shadows of the first stolen worlds, the very ground appearing to create the creatures whenever a living heart set foot upon it. In the end it was deemed too dangerous to ever step onto these worlds again, to this day the planets considered completely forbidden for those wishing to travel to them.
Possibly as a way to unite the Wielders who not only helped to turn the war but those still who would have still felt alone out on the remaining worlds, or maybe it was somehow a way to try and replace the homelands now lost, whatever the case, Anorgos and the other Wielders who fought by his side during the Great War planned and constructed a new home and symbol for all throughout the system. The Aeronaut Society became this symbol, with one of the great heroes, Anorgos, becoming its Commander and Head-General.
Personal Background
Spoiler Show
Anorgos was from the world Petram (Rock), one of the first three worlds that would be taken during the Heartless War. Famous for their huge species of humans that lived upon the world, it soon became known for the rare metals and gems that laid deep in the earth of the planet, a feet that proved easy enough for the larger and much stronger Petram race.
Petrams were always sought after for their strenght and stamina, being capable of usually hard labouress work singlehandedly with ease. During the war the Petrams were usually found at the front lines, actually being the first to take on the waves of Heartless shortly after their world was taken, their monstrous strenght perfect to take on the creatures from the darkness, Anorgos being chief amongst them.
Other
Personal Items:
Mountain of Petram -
Spoiler ShowIt was said when the worlds were created, and Petram was being formed, the ground buckled and fought with itself to form the great mountain ranges that litter the world of Petram. When its people began to dig deeper to see what laid beneath the largest of mountains, a unique substance was discovered. What they had with them when Petram was lost, was soon forged into the armour that doned those that took the charge during the War.
It was said not even a strike from a Darkside could move the warriors of Petram when covered in this substance, their own strenght appearing to hurt them instead. Even with this seemingly invincible suit of armour, many Petrams still fell during the war, and the substance grew ever rarer with every Petram life lost. Though there of course must be many that survived, the most famous is that of Head-General Anorgos' suit, the huge Petram clearly the embodiment of the mountains of his homeworld, earning the suit its nickname.
Special Attack(s):
Spoiler Show
Hypernova (Superluminous Supernovae): Raising his Keyblade into the air, Anorgos forms a sphere of Light, further adding energy until it resembles a miniture, flaring, and pulsing, sun. Once ready, the Head-General causes Syhrafst to change into its Eruption-Mode before launching the Cleaver-like weapon up and into the mini-sun, causing an immediate and very destructive explosive blastwave of intense heat and light that radiates outwards in multiple angled waves.
Singularity (Gravitational Vortex): Flinging Syhrafst into the air while in its Eruption-Mode, Anorgos is capable of keeping the mighty weapon aloft with use from his Keyblade, The Flegomai, by constantly supplying the dark weapon with an immense supply of energy. Eventually Syhrafst appears to warp space around it before creating a miniture but very powerful dark vortex, usually strong enough to draw in anything into it before exploding intensely within its confined space and violently ejecting outwards everything caught within its pull.
