to get 100% completion

Hey so I got a bet with a friend of mine to see who can get thru the game the quickest Which is cool with me except normally I like to complete games 100% so my question is after I get thru to the end of the game will I still be able to go back n complete every mission or is there ssomething that get closed off or something like that

You end up going back to the last checkpoint "Final Rest" so virtually everything after you enter for the final fight, is useless for all stats.

Wasn't there a trinity that was only available for a limited time? Or did that get fixed because I heard something happen like that in 1.5.

Any missable trinities were moved so you can get them at any point during or post play
