The battle at that lighthouse where, at intervals, you switch between Monica fighting Gaspard and Max defending Lin from those evil flames. The battle is won when Gaspard is defeated. However, if Max, Monica or Lin dies, it's Game Over.

Anywho the entirety of the end sequence in Condemned deserves mentioning here, considering how marvellously claustrophobic the game made you feel, running around in an ordinary house away from a serial killer.

Uh, fighting a Diablos and a Black Diablos in the same area on your last life, 1 potion left and you need to sharpen the **** out of your sword. (MHF2)

Hurrr. Haven't played that in a while though.
