So, I just started the game a few hours ago (so don't worry about me spoiling anything), and I wanted to know what people's thoughts are so far on it.
Personally, I'm intrigued by the story. But the gameplay is really infuriating. So much so that I'm wondering whether I'm doing something wrong. I've been playing for hours, and the level grinding slog is HORRIBLE. It's SO much worse than Union X! As I'm typing this, I literally have the game on autopilot right now because if I have to keep flicking/tapping those cards for any longer, I think I might get carpal tunnel. I mean, Union X's gameplay is still boring and tedious, but this card stuff is downright exhausting and physically painful. Granted, maybe it gets better once you get more cards, but right now, the amount of time you need to put in fighting enemies just to gain a single level (and it's at the beginning of the game!) so far is maddening. I don't even know if I'll be able to get through this mess.
Is everyone else feeling like this, or am I just doing something really wrong?
