Go, go now across land, sea and sky,
There is no better plan than to do, or to die.
Fires, scarlet flames consume a burning heart,
Passion, drives your journey right from the start.


Lust for success, greed for victory,
Pride will reward the wrath of the striven.
Obsequious in step we rise rightfully,
Only by growth will we be driven.


But do not get lost searching for greatness,
The quest for power is perilous, treacherous.
Do not follow the men who are mindless,
For those who dream whilst awake are most dangerous.


This is your story, your chance to change.
This is your time to relinquish the reigns.
Now, only one question remains;
Are you ready?

I really like this poem in more ways than one. I wish I could say I was ready. Ready to start my own story. A lot of people out there are making their dreams come true, or working hard to achieve them. Some getting led astray but, still finding their path after making a few wrong turns. I'll admit its quite scary to try to push past the boundaries you set for yourself but, time isn't limitless. So this was a really motivating poem to read. Maybe, I'll be one of the few who finally take that step forward to change their story and live the life they dreamed about for so long?

Yeah, I'm on the same boat as Anagram. I got a brief feeling of FFX from this too. It was a real fun poem to read. I really liked reading it.

Wow, that was pretty epic. I didn't get FFX from it, but it made me think of any kind of adventure. Not just in a game, either but maybe an adventure in a dream or one to the mountains or sea?
Now I want to write something cool like this...
