biggest Disappointment in Days

I liked the game over all but there are some things that seriously disappointed me and brought the game down for me.

1: You only get to duel weild Oblivion and Oathkeeper at teh end but not against Riku
2: Roxas was not at all the character I thought he was. Instead of being cool and cold he was just stupid and whiny
3: Allies only used basic level magic, always.
4: Would have liked to do cool combo's with whatever ally was with me on a mission.

Re: biggest Disappointment in Days

I was disappointed in how Roxas was in Days, I didn't totally like him in KH2, but thought he was decent, Days destroyed him.
The game was monotonous, with only mission after mission, and it was always about collecting hearts, destroy a certain heartless, or collect Emblems.

Would you rather plot holes? Fight him with it in mission mode.

He was always like that.

Lies. Xaldin uses areoga and the others use strong magic too.

4: Would have liked to do cool combo's with whatever ally was with me on a mission.
That would take alot more resources to make than what little enjoyment people would get from it.

I was dissappointed that the Ven scene was just a normal cutscene. I want it to look its best and be viewable in theatre mode.

Roxas threw it at Riku. Riku caught it and used it to fight Roxas. Roxas would've only been able to get it back by defeating Riku.

2: Roxas was not at all the character I thought he was. Instead of being cool and cold he was just stupid and whiny

Well, he was deprived of knowledge about his identity and his past, and a lot happened to his best friends (thinking Axel was dead, Axel being away for days on end, Xion being in a coma-like sleep for however many days, Xion running away, Xion being used, Xion being referred to as an "it").Also, he was extremely confused with his apparent emotions.

3: Allies only used basic level magic, always.

Xion used quite powerful magic.

4: Would have liked to do cool combo's with whatever ally was with me on a mission.

They already integrated Limit Breaks in for each character, which suffices considering the capabilities of the NDS.

Only real complaint I have is the fact that after every single day, there's an ice-cream-clocktower cutscene. While it does emphasise the friendship between Roxas, Axel and Xion, it becomes a bit much when most of them consist of them just sitting there, doing nothing in particular.

What I disliked about Days is that it was on the DS.
I know Nomura wants to expand KH to other systems, but they could've added so much more to Days if it was on another console/handheld.

The Tribute to Wayne Allan

You are talking about his name in the credits followed by "In loving memory of Wayne Allan" right?

Anyway, I liked the multiplayer with the ability to play as everyone from the Organization, they story how it filled in a lot of questions from KH2 (Why did Roxas have two Keyblades) and Xion...

I was not a big fan of the inconsistency of the worlds. EX: Captain Hook being alive when he was supposed to be killed in KH1, and the fact he was scared by the Heartless.

Hook didn't die in KH1.

he was also supposed to be gone in the Peter Pan movie, but appeared in the sequel.

Likes:
-Large character roster.
-Tear-jerking story.
-Cutscenes were beautiful.
Dislikes:
-Many filler worlds, like Neverland and Halloween Tow, along with others.
-Repetitive missions.
-Castle Oblivion team didn't have many missions alongside Roxas.
-Text screens should have had actual emotions on the characters faces, instead of freaky smiles.
-Characters in Mission Mode play a lotlike one another.
-Cutscenes were too few and too short.
-Little to no exploration.

when you think about it, we actually didnt really learn that much more about anyone besides axel and roxas

well i mean, just how they worked. and hearing larxene be a beeyotch to me, or demyx getting picked on, just made the villians more human to me.

alright, i get where you are coming from. I thought you were meaning that we were learning more about them and how they acted cause in that perspective we got nothing. We already knew Larxene was a Beeyotch and we got more of it...we akready knew Luxord was a gambler and that was all we got....we already knew Demyx was a lazy panzee and that was what we got. My real problem with the game was monotony.
