Ok so everyone in the organisation has an x in their name apart from the leader yes, but Now i just noticed !!!

in Roxas you can spell Sora But theres an extra X !!
is this got anything to do with the organisation?
Has anyone else noticed this either or not?

Um, we already know. This is in other threads. Sorry, but this might be closed soon. You have brought up a good point though. I didn't notice Sora's name being in Roxas's. You could be right.
