I think people are abit confused here about the unversed. Vanitas has the dark half of Ven's heart, thus Vanitas' heart is a heart of pure darkness. Now because his heart his pure darkness, this gives Vanitas the power to take his own negative emotions and give them physical form and control them anyway he wishes. So since the unversed are in fact his emotions they can be seen as a part of Vanitas himself, because of this the unversed are not their own existence, they are simply apart of another's existence, that being Vanitas. As such the unversed are not well versed in existence and thus that is where their name is derived from. And since the unversed in BBS are Vanitas' negative emotions and thus a part of him, when Vanitas died it caused his unversed to dissapear as well.

Now it's not like the power to create unversed is exclusive to Vanitas. Let's say if sometime later there is another person with a heart of pure darkness, then it's possibly he/she too could turn their negative emotions into unversed. It may also be possible that people with hearts of pure light such as Ventus could turn their positive emotions into a positive unversed as well but that is simply speculation.

In the end the power to create the unversed has only been exhibited by a being with a heart of pure darkness and so we can assume that this power is exclusive to people with hearts of pure darkness, in the same way that people with hearts of pure light can revert heartless back into humans such as what Kairi did to Sora. It's just certain powers can only be used by people with pure hearts, whether it be the case with pure light hearts and the power to turn heartless into humans, or whether it be with pure darkness hearts and the power to turn negative emotions into physical forms.

Well, aside from the possibility of the Unversed existing because of Van's unnatural existence as a heart of pure darkness, they may also exist because either Van's heart or body shouldn't even exist, thus resulting in the negativity.

So, the heart of pure darkness can always turn their negative emotions into those unversed as they liked? So, can Master Xehanort?

Master Xehanort has no heart of pure darkness, his heart only has very much of it (probably over 90%).

Not necessarily...as Ventus had very little darkness to begin with, yet also the amount of darkness doesn't indicate a persons strength.
This only applies to heartless.
Vanitas's darkness is purer, more raw if one might want to be nitpicky, yet that doesn't mean he's suddenly stronger than MX overall.
Being a ruthless, evil bastard without any remorse or sympathy besides himself Vanitas would never have obeyed MX if he were the stronger of them.

So what's make Ventus' darkness in heart grows?
Oh yeah.. Vanitas should have go against Master Xehanort and wouldn't be a puppy for MX.. xD.. there is only once he trying to disobey Master Xehanort..

Nope. You have to remember hearts of pure darkness and hearts of pure light are extremely rare. So far we know of only 8 people with hearts of pure light, the 7 princesses of heart who were born naturaly with hearts of pure light. Ventus who's heart became pure light after the dark half of his heart was taken. And Vanitas who had a heart of pure darkness because his heart was the dark half of Ventus' heart.

MX doesn't have a heart of pure darkness, no other human has a heart of pure darkness besides Vanitas that we know of. MX's heart is just a regular heart and all regular hearts have darkness and light within them, but each person can have either side stronger than the other. MX's darkness is much stronger than the light in his heart, but still MX has light in his heart even if it's small. Sora on the other hand has a much stronger light than darkness.

So for now, the only human in the KH series shown to have a heart of pure darkness is Vanitas and therefore he is the only known to have created unversed.

But it can be assumed that IF someone else came along who had a heart of pure darkness then they too could create unversed of their own, but that is simply speculation.
