i would have to say Riku because he was the original keyblade master, and the only reason Sora got the keyblade was because Riku went into the darkness before he got the keyblade so it picked the second best person. i would consider Mickey, but he does not fight enough. Roxas is cool but he is gone. Kairi cannot use her keyblade. i do not know anything about the others exept for the one preview. also Riku is strong enough to go into the darkness then come out then go back again then is in the light. he also was able to obtain a keyblade after Sora took his.

Riku he is great and he is the one who was sopsed to get it in the first place and he contoles twlight
