Spoiler Show
Dearly Beloved - You write about someone important to you as the theme for this one. You could also take "dearly beloved" quite literally in the forms of Kingdom Hearts and write anything KH related.
Your First/Last - Your theme for this one can be as simple as your first time riding a Ferris Wheel with your crush, the first time you fell off a bike, the first time you broke your arm, and ect. In reverse, you can write about the last time you were with someone who left the country, the last thoughts you'd have in your life, and ect.
Hospital - Easy enough theme, eh? This could be about a baby being born into the family, working in a hospital and finding out someone you know is in the next room. Or maybe you just happen to need to borrow the bathroom inside of a hospital. Remember, you can use this theme however you want. You could even make it the start of a murder scene.
Retelling/HISHE - You retell any story in your own version/perspective/narrative. Imagine it like the story of the three little pigs as the "true story" told by the big bad wolf's. Or you write a better or happier ending for a story that didn't go the way you wanted it to. The choice is yours!
I'm Coming Home - This is a theme based loosely around family. It could be about the first time someone else meets somebody else's family. It could be about a soldier finally coming home from fighting in another country. Or being reunited with someone you haven't seen in years.
Psychological - The theme for this one is about writing about a person's emotions, feelings, experience in life, or ect.
Detective/ Murder Mystery - Have you ever wanted to solve crime and catch the bad guys? How about being an under cover cop? Or maybe you wanted to get away with revenge? Here's your chance to shine as a detective or notorious hit man/woman. Could also be a secret agent or spy!
Crossovers - What happens when two universes collide? Now's your chance to find out, where anything can happen!
Past, Present, Future - Your write a theme based around this. You can be the doctor traveling through time and space with a companion. You could write something about your past or hopes for the future. Or about two characters racing against time to save the world by going to the past from the future.
Hero or Villain? - You write it as the theme for your story. It can be as simple as batman turning into the bad guy and joker being the good guy. You could be the hero that saves the world or betrays everyone he/she loves. Maybe you recently discovered you have super powers? Wouldn't that be something.
Trapped in an Elevator/Traffic - What would you do if you were trapped somewhere? Wait for help or rescue yourself? That's your theme for this one, folks!
4th of July - You write about this national holiday as apart of your theme! It could be something as simple as attending a barbecue, seeing fire flies on a really hot day, or witnessing fireworks at night with your friends.
Song - You pick a song to write with or use the lyrics of a song to form up your story.
24 Hours - Anything could happen within twenty four hours, including the most unexpected moments of your life. Your life could be on the line with a watch counting down the minutes for how long you have left to live. You could be hours away from a car accident, you could meet your doppelganger or your long lost twin for the very first time. Or maybe, you write about what you did for 24 hours straight.
A Choice - We all have a choice to make. Sometimes it's as simple as vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Sometimes it's not, when you have to make the hardest choices of your life. The terms of a choice is the theme of your challenge.
20 Minutes or Less - You write about anything within twenty minutes! Perhaps it'll be your greatest master piece? The beginning of a novel you never thought of writing about before? Or maybe something as hilarious as a list of things you want for your birthday.
Three Day Challenge - You write for about anything for three whole days straight.
Usernames - You use your username for the name of an awesome character you want to write about, a story that is based off of your username, or a word to make up a part of a story.
Fantasy - Haven't you always dreamed of living in a fantasy world? Where you discover treasure or fight monsters during your summer vacation? Maybe your a ninja, a pirate, or a ghost who's on their next adventure? Either way, you can write anything you want and make fantasy come to life as your theme.
Confessions - Did you eat the last unicorn? Now would be a good time to fess up that you did! This is where you share something fictional or real with us in the form of a confession.
Road Trip - Tell us what kind of crazy adventures you've had on the road. Tell us where you've been and what you've seen. Remember it's about the journey and not the designation. It's as simple as that.
What Frightens You? - You use what frightens you as the theme of your story. The alternative being that you tell us a story of how you came to know what scares you, or how you keep your fears at bay.
