If the organization had a fighting tournament, i think Marluxia would be the strongest..Yes even stronger then Xemnas, he had to tap into the darkness of Kingdom Hearts to be a match for Sora

Sora was like 8 times stronger at the end of KH2 than in CoM and if marluxia were that strong he would not need Sora to take over the Org-13 so i'd say Xemnas

it would be out of xaldin , xemnas or sai'x being that their the toughest one. Xaldin takes ages to beat (and seems to have caused most people trouble) , xemna's is the leader ("the superior") so obviously his one of the toughest if not the most powerful member and sai'x was quiet powerful himself

Malaluxia wasn't that tough, and wouldn't of succeded in his plan to take over the organisation anyway with or without sora's involvement

I'd say Xemnas would win, he isn't the superior for no reason. But the physically strongest, I'd say Lexeaus. (But that wasn't the question)

Xemnas is very powerful, like in the first FM.

The only reason he was so weak was because in KH2 it was part of the main plot, so he had to be made easier.

I say Xemnas is the hardest org. boss you fight in any KH games.

Roxas? He's basically on par with Sora,
he just didn't know Sora could call the keyblade to him.
Let's face it, Sora would have gotten pr4wn3d if he couldn't...

I'd have to say Roxas. Xemnas has always been stronger than members 2-12, and then Xemnas was defeated by Sora. Since Sora and Roxas are the same, then that means that if Sora can beat Xemnas, then so can Roxas. Therefore, Roxas is the strongest member of Organization XIII.
