The secret of the treasure chest

In Traverse Town in the first district there is a chest that I can't open.It's located in the cafe(that place with candles on the tables.)When I try opening it,it says that is a secret to open it.Does anyone know what do I need to do?

Well, ya know that there are four tables with a candle on top of each one? Use Blizzard on them into cause them to got out. Then the usual bell noise will ring - now the chest can be opened.

There's only a gummi block in that treasure chest, right? Nothing really interesting at all...
